1. Negative Results on RT-PCR Test taken within forty eight (48) hours prior to the arrival date in Siargao;

2. Valid ID with address.

3. Surigao del Norte "e-Health Pass" which can be generated from this link: http://covid19.ssct.edu.ph/healthform

4. Confirmed booking of not less than 2 nights from any DOT accredited accommodation. Blauset House 1 and 2 are DOT accredited.  This will emailed to you by us.​
